Plunger Lift

The plunger lift system is a highly efficient and economical artificial lift solution designed to enhance well production. By utilizing natural gas, gas injection, or well energy, it creates a seal around the plunger, preventing liquid fallback and allowing continuous unloading of liquids from the tubing. This process optimizes the production of oil and gas, reducing bottomhole pressure and maximizing the well’s flow potential.

Plunger Lift Lubricators

Lubricators cushion the impact of the arriving plunger and afford easy access to the plunger for maintenance or replacement. With design options that include single or double outlets, flanged or threaded, standard or low-temperature ratings.

  2. Pressure tested to 150% of designed working pressure.
  3. Easy Access to plunger and spring.

Plunger controller

A device used to manage the movement of plunger. It monitors the well parameters such as THP and CHP. Utilizing these parameters, controls the motor valve which helps the movement of plunger.

Smart Arrival sensors

Arrival sensors detect the plunger’s arrival at surface and trigger the controller to operate the motor valve, a key element of optimized production.

Plunger

Plunger is a production device that travels within the production tubing of a well. It acts as a moving interface between liquid and gas phase, using well bore pressure to lift the loaded liquided in to the surface. Its helps to optimize production and prevent liquid loading.
