Sand Bailer

Our bailer provides a simple and reliable solution for removing sand and debris from the wellbore. The tool can be deployed through tubing or slickline or wireline, the tool is designed to collect and retrieve accumulated solids from the bottom of the well. By effectively clearing the obstruction, the sand bailer helps restore wellbore conditions, improve fluid flow, and maintain efficient well operations.

The type of bailer JES offer

Ø Hydrostatic bailer

Ø Pump Bailer

Hydrostatic Bailer

The Hydrostatic Bailer is a service tool used at the time when the substance which is to be bailed cannot be removed using pump bailer. It uses the hydrostatic pressure of the well fluid to draw sand, debris, or solids into the bailer barrel. When the tool reaches the bottom of the well, the pressure differential allows debris to enter the chamber, where it is retained by an internal valve or check mechanism during retrieval.

Pump Bailer

The Tubing Bailer is a fast and efficient solution for removing sand, debris, or other fill material from wells. Designed as a mechanical pumping tool, it is capable of retrieving large volumes of fill in a single trip, making it highly effective for well cleanout operations.

Unlike conventional bailers, the tubing bailer does not rely on hydrostatic differential pressure to operate, allowing it to perform efficiently even in low-fluid wells. The adjustable debris chamber enables the tool to accommodate varying amounts of sand or fill, providing operational flexibility.

The bailer assembly is also equipped with circulating drain ports, which help eliminate the need to pull wet tubing strings, improving operational efficiency and reducing intervention time.
