The JIACH GAS-PRO Ex System is an advanced, infrared-based gas detection and monitoring system engineered specifically for oil and gas drilling rigs and mud logging units, using a PLC-based control architecture with precision EPC flow control, gas sampling and gas separation. Operators monitor real-time gas concentrations and system parameters via a 10-inch colour touch-screen HMI, detecting H₂S (0–100 ppm) and total gas (0–100% volume in air) through FID, TCD and ECD detector technologies.
